CILS Benefactors Inc. and Yorkhill Foundation are tax-exempt public charties established under section 501(c)3 of the United States Internal Revenue Code. Donations by United States taxpayers are tax deductible. CILS Benefactors Inc. and the Yorkhill Foundation are non-profit Colorado entities, and are registered as public charities in the State of Colorado. They have no paid staff and pay no directors’ fees. Overhead is held to a minimum.
